Keep your details up to date

Accurate contact details are what make reunification possible — updates are always free.

  1. Sign in from the website header.

  2. Update your name, address, phone number or email in your profile.

  3. Check each registered pet and confirm their details are still correct.

Important legislation (England)

Under the Microchipping of Cats & Dogs Regulation 2023, keepers in England must keep microchip details up to date. You can be fined up to £500 if your dog or cat is not microchipped, not registered to the official keeper, or the information is out of date. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have their own rules — microchipping is still strongly recommended across the UK.
